Linda Schmidt is a licenced social worker in private practice serving Rockland County, New York and Bergen County, New Jersey. She is an advocate for individuals who are made vulnerable by environmental stressors, social and cultural barriers. Her passion is to provide professional psychotherapy that speaks to the goal of healing for those who are broken and hurting. She has led student groups at Nyack College, Nyack, New York. She has provided private community counseling to the geriatric population in both Rockland and Bergen counties as well as provided counseling for children in crisis. Linda completed her Masters in Social Work with honors at Fordham University Graduate School of Social Work, and resides in New York.
