At times clients miss therapy sessions because of a long commute: it takes
1-2 hours to attend a 1 hour therapy session. Others, especially elderly, sick or disabled persons, cannot drive and depend
on their relatives or transporation services in order to come for treatment. Many of them do not get the treatment at all
for these reasons. Some clients live long distances away, are unable to find a counselor close to home and are asking for
help. Other clients feel more comfortable to discuss their issues (especially those sexual in nature) over the phone from
the privacy of their homes, cars or offices.
In order to help these clients, Phone Counseling is an option
(New York State residents only).
If you are new to therapy, cannot come to an office location for some reason and would like to discuss your issues or
start your counseling, you may call contact Linda Schmidt at 845-426-0799 (PayPal is accepted for your convenience). Please
make your payment addressed to Linda Schmidt.
